With an ever increasing footfall at the National Trust centre, car parking was becoming sparse. Hanbury Hall wanted a sustainable drainage system car park that was eco-friendly but also able to cope with the 100s of cars they can see through the gates on a daily basis. They additionally wanted a mostly grassed finish to fit in with the natural surroundings.

Some extra coach parking was installed at the front of the car park utilizing GF40 in unison with tarmac.
